hip hip hooray - HIPs are no longer needed, but you still need an EPC Report

Home information packs we're launched by Labour government to help reduce the %age of property deals that fell through and fast-track the move process by including a surveyors report. However the unpopular decision to exclude the home surveyors report from the HIPs pack was not well received by many industry experts including the RICS who believe HIPs "failed to address the significant problems in the home buying process".
