Social Networking for Estate Agents

Estate agents can now attract new visitors to their property websites with word-of-mouth marketing from social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

I'm sure by now you've heard the one about Peter Bouvier. No?

Peter Bouvier hit the headlines last month when he became the first person to flog his 2 bed terrace property in Southampton for £171,500 on the social networking website, Twitter. NB There is no such thing as bad publicity!

Lets face facts, the pros outweigh the cons. Social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter are almost as popular as Google and present new and creative ways to promote your brand. Above all social networking is free and reaches millions of potential new customers who are turned off by adverts.
